We love our patients — and we want them to love the care they receive!

Our goal is to make sure every one of our patients has a fantastic experience with our hearing care providers, and that each gets the results they really need. Whether it’s something as simple as a hearing consultation or as impactful as a full hearing aid fitting, making our patients happy is what we’re here for. See what they have to say about our practice!

David, Lewiston

“Excellent people and service. I’ve been visiting Dr. Cropper at CMA for a few years. Got hearing aids that are virtually invisible, modern technology. Being able to hear has changed my life to so much better. Dr. Cropper takes a lot of time with me. I visit for free periodic checkups (all covered in the initial purchase). I recommend their office to all my friends.”

Pat, Auburn

“When I first came to Central Maine Audiology, the time ahead of me seemed very bleak…I was unable to hear something being said in the back of a room or even clearly understand words spoken within 15 feet of me; life was closing in…I soon found myself being fitted with a pair of Oticon hearing aids. I could suddenly hear voices, music, even the telephone ringing down the hall!”

Lynn, Randolph

“It is always a pleasurable experience when I enter Central Maine Audiology. The staff is friendly and accommodating. What I appreciate most is the personal touch I receive.

Eva, Lewiston

“They do a wonderful job. I have been coming here for years. I wouldn’t go any place else.”

Claire, Lewiston

“I have been coming to see Bryce Cropper for a long time, and he has always been very patient and helpful.”

Thomas, Lewiston

“It is a real pleasure to visit with the folks at Central Maine Audiology. The service is always delivered with a smile, and one feels better and hears better when leaving the office. Bryce is always willing to correct any problems with my hearing aids with a very short notice on my part.”

Sarah, Auburn

“I first became aware of my hearing loss when I was in my mid-thirties. The first step of accepting that I needed to look into using hearing aids was not easy. Who me? Wear hearing aids? It didn’t fit the image of who I thought I was. But as a college teacher, a wife and mother, and someone who wanted to be engaged in her local community, I needed to hear the voices of everyone I came into contact with each day. So I went ahead and made an initial appointment to be fitted.

That was 30 years ago. Since then, Central Maine Audiology has helped me keep abreast of changes in my hearing loss, as well as changes in the hearing technology field, by introducing new devices as I needed them. Through their help, I have had a successful academic career and stayed engaged with family and community. Each morning when I slip on my aids and hear the world come alive, I am so glad I made that initial step. Being a hearing person fits my sense of who I am.”

Pat, Buckfield

“Bryce Cropper and his associates have always treated me as a valued friend and have enthusiastically made sure that I had the latest technology and information available to me. I have never felt, when dealing with them, that I was handicapped, but merely unique…I encourage anyone who feels they are 'missing something' in their daily lives, to come to Central Maine Audiology and explore with them how they might be helped.”

“I had a hearing loss for a number of years. Thanks to my family for encouraging me to get help, and to Bryce and Sarah for their much-needed expertise, I’m happy with my ‘new ears.’ They are a real blessing. I highly recommend Central Maine Audiology. The testing and fitting procedures are not at all intimidating or threatening. They have been very kind, helpful, and patient in the process of finding the right hearing aids for me.”
